The drive here from San Francisco is 2 hours from the Golden Gate Bridge - straight down the 101 North. It is a nice relaxing drive along the Russian River gradually winding through Vineyard Fields and then onto the Redwood Tree Forests. The air is fresher here in Inland Mendocino County and the time goes a little slower when you take the time to enjoy.
